Anna Merryfield (producer) is a filmmaker based in South East London. As an Assistant Producer she has worked on productions for CBS, Amazon, Channel 4, ITV and DAZN. Her background is in community journalism, where she ran a 4 community-led newspapers for several years. Since then she has taken a particular interest in participant-led media, including co-writing On Our Radar's guide to co-production and receiving funding to make a co-produced short documentary Light The Way with a group of community organisers in South London. Anna is a co-director of Anima Goli Films, alongside Nima Shahmalekpur, a production company dedicated to making unusual films spanning documentary, fiction and the spaces in-between.

Julia Martin (co-director) is a London-based filmmaker and sound recordist. She credits her time spent on staff at the award-winning Chicago documentary house Kartemquin Films for her interest in ethical and collaborative filmmaking. She holds an MA in Documentary Film from the University of the Arts London, where she directed a short film about two altruistic surrogates in the UK. She's most interested in work that examines existing narratives around reproductive choice. She currently freelances as a location sound recordist for documentary and narrative projects alike.

Mimi Wilcox (co-director, editor) is an ACE Eddie Award-winning documentary filmmaker & film editor based in Brooklyn. She directed, produced and edited the documentary short BAD HOSTAGE (Sheffield DocFest 2024), which was supported by Kartemquin Films and Points North Institute. She co-produced the award-winning Oscars-longlisted documentary HOW TO FALL IN LOVE IN A PANDEMIC (Tribeca 2021), and her first short documentary ALPHA MARE was a 2021 Vimeo Staff Pick. Her recent editing credits include ESCAPING TWIN FLAMES (2023), a 3-part documentary series for Netflix, for which she won an American Cinema Editors award. She co-edited Kartemquin Films' feature documentary THE DILEMMA OF DESIRE (Showtime, SXSW 2020). She edited the 4-part docuseries LET US PREY (ID/MAX 2023) and the feature documentaries WITH THIS LIGHT (Winner, Documentary Feature Jury Award at Austin Film Festival 2022) and HEAD TO HEAD (Heartland Film Festival 2020).
